Health Holding was established on June 2, 2022, in implementation of Cabinet Resolution No. (469) dated 19/08/1443 AH. The company leads healthcare transformation by enabling health clusters, improving service quality and efficiency, and supporting Vision 2030 goals to enhance health and wellbeing for all.
